Manuel Anzaldua

Mr. Anzaldua has 13 years of customer service and call center management experience. He began his career in telemarketing with Telcom Productions, where he became the top representative in the State of Texas. He became an Assistant Call Center Manager and managed a team of 35 representatives. After two years at Telecom Productions, the company closed and he moved on to work for TruGreen Chemlawn as the Call Center Manager where he managed a team of 18 representatives. The call center won an award two years in a row for top customer service and Mr. Anzaldua received the Call Center Manager award in June of 2005. He also has two years of experience as a Call Center Manager in the field of e-prescribing.
