In June of 2005 digiMedical Solutions, Inc.
was founded by David Lee, creating a company that combines the
advanced digital prescription capabilities of
digiRX™
with the ownership and operation of an independent pharmacy
chain
digiPRN
Pharmacies.
On June 8, 2006
digiMedical Solutions,
Inc. completed its first acquisition. Upon closing the deal the
company took over operations of 6 pharmacies, 4 in Southwest
Florida and 2 in Dallas Texas.
On June 28, 2006
digiMedical Solutions,
Inc. engineered a reverse merger with a
Nevada
corporation and made its début on the OTC Pink Sheets as
digiMedical
Solutions, Inc. (PINK:DGMS)
What is
digiMedical?
Americans have always struggled with both the mechanism of
filling their prescriptions and the potential risks that current
operating standards create. As the number and complexity of
prescription drugs continues to expand, the entire health care
industry has begun seeking more accurate and efficient means to
handle the relationships between Physician, Patient and the
Pharmacist.
A closer look at these issues reveals that the prescription
fulfillment process is extremely antiquated and needs to be
